We recently completed an employee survey for a fast-growing technology company.
The application was built in DotNetNuke on the ASP.NET framework using a Microsoft
SQL Server 2000 database with full security and permissions control. Our analysis
of the results was based on the change-driving™ 4-quadrant model. The survey
attracted a 94% response, and will now be repeated annually as a tracking mechanism.
Nicol Webster contributed a chapter on employment practices for a unique reference
book called "The Technical and Legal Guide to the UK Oil and Gas Industry." The
book combines technical information and related commercial issues on each stage
of field development from licensing through to decommissioning.

place – also a great networking opportunity!"
"The classes have had a number of benefits for us both internal and
external."
We have successfully completed a project for the

Human error is the biggest cause of accidents. But when it
comes to prevention, organisations sometimes leap to 'solutions' because
they are not sure where to start in assessing future human risk. The latest
article in this occasional series describes a simple process to assess the
risk of human performance failure. "To
err is human..."
